The RollerSizeR® can perform hundreds of exercises. It can mimic most machines in the gym. It postures the body in many strength exercises. It makes stretching easier. It supports the neck and low back in most Ab and Core Exercises. It makes exercising more effective. For F.A.S.T.E.R. results. 

It works in a couple of different ways. To do abs, you just gently pull on the balls and it supports the neck. If you are stretching, the same thing. The reason it was created was it decompressed the Inventors low back after she dislocated her right hip. Just place The RollerSizeR  in Posture Point Placement Three or Four, keep knees bent and wait three minutes. Like acupressure. Easier than Yoga and your Posture will be lifted. 

It will help one lose weight faster because it gets the whole body involved in the movement. A boring Walk turns into a total body workout. Arms get toned while legs strut forward.  You can use The RollerSizeR  to get an upper body workout. If you have a broken ankle, no worries you can lose weight on your back!  A video series is being choreographed for the New Year 2020.
