AboUT THE ROLLERSIZER

Sick of NYC and a recent hip injury,  she decided to take her career in fitness to S.W. Florida to train an "Older" market. It was here that The RollerSizeR was invented. The tool took away all hip and low back pain.Trindade felt the RollerSizeR was a gift from God and the tool made her job as an alignment fitness trainer so much easier. It helped her clients lose weight, tone and release low back and neck pain in minutes.  The RollerSizeR made working out easier.  The RollerSizeR was incorporated in the Strollercize® program in 2010. She now Certifies Instructors in both Strollercize® and The RollerSizeR®.  She was invited to Shark Tank in 2013 with The RollerSizeR but again, life took a turn and she headed to Seattle WA, her hometown to care for her Father till his passing May 2014.  Her partner came with her to Seattle, but they both missed Bonita Springs, FL and they drove across the county to their current home. In 2019 Shark Tank contacted her again! Still did not get on season 11 but will try again in 2020. The RollerSizeR is on Amazon and making its way slowly into the fitness world. Trindade’s new fitness quest is to provide an ONLINE CLUB for New Moms and Olders Moms too where they can get fit using their phone online and interact with other New Moms. The club will offer exercise videos, live classes and tips to help Moms get fit. Currently The RollerSizeR Ab Toner has its’ Own Club for the general public (Not New Moms). With our new way of shopping, social media and little time in our lives and most of us HOLDING a phone,Trindade believes she can help MOMS get fit at HOME with Baby on the INTERNET and their Stroller. She plans are creating podcasts so Moms can take a stroll and get a workout with the fitness bantering of Elizabeth Trindade in her Strollercize and RollerSizeR language. A training style that is unique to Strollercize.
