Lizzie lives in Naples and that is the territory she covers. 

After a couple of In-Home Sessions,  she may try to move you to Online. This wasy if you are seasonal, you can keep on training.

We have Packages but before you Purchase do the Initial Session First.

IN Home ONLY  in this Location. She has Certified Instructors that carry her Spinally Fit Style and they are supper fun. Knowledge in Weight Training, Cardio and Stretching. Also keeping the ALINE Posture form. 

You will get addicted. When a Trainer comes to your home, there are no more excuses. Must do Initial Session First

LIzzie is in her Raliegh Office Twice a Month. Where she can see clients in her Home Space Called The Pink Cow. There she holds meetings, workshops and sessions to further educate those that need to know about Alignment/ Posture as a key part of fitness.  When Not in Raleigh, Clients turn to Online. Back Pain, Neck, Knees.  Just bring it. One Session May be all you Need.
